Stories of Hope

WHAT IS THE place?

The Place is a nonprofit ministry that provides a safe space for women of all generations to worship freely, build meaningful community, and live out their true identity as daughters of God.

Since hosting the first ministry gathering in 2023, The Place has served over 300 women on site through worship nights, Bible studies, creative workshops, and discipleship. We also have traveled to serve with churches and women’s ministries across 3 states. The Place holds nonprofit 501(c)(3) status as a department of Artists in Christian Testimony International, Inc.

WHAT IS THE GOOD SHEPHERD PROJECT?

The "Good Shepherd" project is a Bible study and worship series bringing hope, healing, and community to women facing loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

This project will invite women to trust Jesus as the Good Shepherd of their lives. He is the One who will keep, protect, and guide them through every mountain and valley they face as He sets them free from depression, heals them from anxiety, and restores their true identity as daughters of God.

The 3 phases of this project include a Bible study and prayer series, the recording and production of a worship album, and ministry events to serve the local church and community. We will teach women how to study the Bible, create a lifestyle of worship, use their God-given gifts, and share hope for generations to come.

GOALS FOR hope, HEALING,
AND COMMUNITY

  • Each created Bible study session will teach and empower women to study the Word of God, asking Him to be the Leader and Lord of their lives. Resources will be created from the worship songs that will educate women about who Jesus is as the Good Shepherd.

  • Breakthrough and deliverance are experienced in God’s presence. We will host prayer and worship nights focused on the theme of the Good Shepherd to cultivate a heart of prayer, create an atmosphere of worship, and minister through song.

  • The gifts and callings of God are irrevocable, and He prepared good works for us to walk in. Each song will be recorded as women gather together to use their gifts, talents, and passions for a time of creation and collaborative worship.

  • Following the release of the Bible studies and worship album, we will partner with local churches, ministries, and organizations to host “Good Shepherd” community events and creative workshops to share the good news of Jesus—the only name that brings true healing and hope.

Projected Timeline

  • Phase 1

Host The Good Shepherd Bible study and worship night series. Bible study sessions will be created by our team and include lessons such as Discerning the Voice of God, Songwriting through The Psalms, and The Healing Touch of The Good Shepherd. Worship nights will include ministry through focused times of prayer and song.

  • Phase 2

Record, produce, release, and promote The Good Shepherd worship album. Women will collaborate and use their God-given gifts of songwriting, intercession, hospitality, prophecy, networking, and marketing. A few featured songs will include “In The Wild,” “Still Waters,” and “Find Rest.”

  • Phase 3

Organize The Good Shepherd community events for local churches, ministries, and businesses to share hope and healing from loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The community events will include Bible studies, worship and prayer nights, and creative workshops.
